      Hi Anthony,

      We replied to your email within 3 days and advised that the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete, as no house number was included. Unfortunately, this meant the carrier was unable to complete delivery and the parcel was returned to our warehouse.

      As soon as we confirmed the return had been received back at our warehouse, we processed your refund in full.

    This is an excellent product hands are now in correct alignment.
    The grip is easy to use and clips onto any handle.
    I have used it on the range for a week now and played my first game and I have noticed a great improvement.
    The service from the company was perfect and product is certainly value for money
